Jason McClaren
From firefighting on Air Force flight lines to leading nonprofits and advising growing businesses — Jason has spent his career running toward the hard problems: in uniform, in the boardroom, and in the community.
Service is the thread through everything.

Jason McClaren is a U.S. Air Force veteran, entrepreneur, and nonprofit chief executive based in Canton, Texas. He served as an Air Force firefighter from 2000 to 2007 — including service in support of Operation Enduring Freedom — at Lackland AFB, Nellis AFB, and Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. He holds a Master of Arts in Emergency and Disaster Management from American Military University.
After the military, Jason built a career around one idea: helping organizations operate with excellence. He founded Icellence Business Solutions, a consulting firm giving small businesses and nonprofits access to big-business operational leadership through COO-as-a-Service. He is the cofounder and CEO of Go Heroes, a veteran-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving businesses, healthcare organizations, schools, and local governments with emergency preparedness, business continuity, and safety training.
He is a Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional (CHEP), Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP), and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) — and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt — as well as a hospital safety officer, a podcast host, and — since 2009 — a wedding officiant and premarital educator through McClaren Weddings. He lives in Canton, Texas with his wife and daughter.
